Our Recycling Processes
There are 6 major steps in our Recycling process:

Blending
The plastic flakes are put into bays and blended to customer requirement & specification

Label and Lid removal
Labels and lids are separated on the top of the water via water rollers.

Hot washing
The plastic is hot washed to remove dust, glue, and other consisting impurities.

Friction Washing
The PET flakes goes into high-speed friction washer, which reduces the plastic moisture content.

Metal Detection
Our State-of-the-art Metal detection process makes sure we are eliminating metals for the PET flakes

Drying
The PET flakes are dried which further reduces the moisture content in the flakes to less than 1% Moisture
We produce the highest grade recycled PET plastic
Our hot-washed flakes are sold to extrusion companies, thermoforming companies and injection moulders in Europe, where bottles, thermoformed trays and food punnets are made out of rPET.

Technology
We leverage state-of-the-art technology in our recycling process that allows us to conserve energy by 30%. Because of this we are able maximise output whilst minimising cost.

Logistics
Our factory in Deeside, Wales strategically positions us close to the biggest extrusions and thermoforming companies in the UK, Europe and North America.
